Trail Blazers Program: Terms & Conditions 

Effective Date: March 26, 2026 

Welcome to the Trail Blazers, an elite tier of the SparkUpBiz.com ecosystem. By applying for or participating in this program, you (the "Trail Blazer") agree to be bound by these terms. 

1. Eligibility Requirements 

Participation is strictly limited to a maximum of 1,000 members. SparkUpBiz Inc reserves the right to limit the growth of this group at any time. To qualify and remain active, Affiliates Trail Blazers must meet the following criteria: 

  • Active Subscription: Maintain continuous active membership to SparkUpBiz.com. 

    • Trailblazers are not obligated to have a paying subscription. However, once accepted into the program, you will be given a coupon code in your welcome email for 50% off a membership for the life of your account.

  • Profile Integrity: Maintain a "Complete Profile" including legal first and last name, a verified email address, and a clear, professional headshot (no avatars, logos, or group photos). 

  • Program is limited to residents of the United States of America and Canada.

  • Eligible for only one user sign-on per person.

  • Must be 18 years or older to participate.

2. Participation Duties & Engagement 

Trail Blazers are the "heartbeat" of our community. Failure to meet these weekly quotas may result in removal: 

  • On-Platform Activity: Post original, high-value content to the SparkUpBiz.com main feed at least three (3) different days per week. 

  • Community Interaction: Actively engage with at least five other members' posts each week. "Post and ghost" behavior is discouraged. 

  • Grow your SparkUpBiz.com network connections.

  • Off-Platform Promotion: Follow SparkUpBiz.com on all active external social media channels and share at least one (1) SparkUpBiz.com post per week to your personal profiles. 

 3. Compensation Structure 

The program utilizes a unique revenue-sharing model based on platform success in the USA and Canada. 

A. The "Trail Blazer Bonus" (Revenue Share) 

  • Rate: Trail Blazers earn $0.01% (one one-hundredth of a percent) of total monthly subscription revenue. 

  • Cap: This applies to a maximum of 40,000,000 full-rate paid subscribers (FRPS). Revenue from subscribers beyond this count is not subject to payout. 

  • Activation Threshold: Payouts for this bonus commence only once SparkUpBiz.com reaches a minimum of 10,000 full-rate paid subscribers.

Calculations are an example of Spark level membership.

 

B. Standard Affiliate Commissions 

All Trail Blazers are eligible for the regular affiliate program, earning up to a maximum of 20% commission on direct referrals, subject to standard affiliate terms and conditions. 

C. Exclusivity 

Participation renders the Trail Blazer ineligible for any other concurrent monetary promotions, contests, or bonus structures offered by SparkUp Biz Inc while this program is active. 

D. Non-Transferrable

Trail Blazers accounts and payouts are non-transferrable. Payouts conclude at time of account cessation.

4. Payment & Taxation 

  • Frequency: Payments are disbursed monthly, provided the activation threshold (10,000 FRPS) has been met.

  • Payouts will be made in USA Dollars.  

  • Taxation: Trail Blazers are independent contractors responsible for all U.S. federal and state taxes. A Form W-9 must be on file for payouts exceeding $600 in a calendar year. 

5. Termination 

SparkUp Biz Inc. reserves the right to terminate participation at any time for: 

  1. Failure to meet weekly posting/interaction requirements. 

  2. Incomplete or fraudulent profile information. 

  3. Conduct that brings disrepute to SparkUp Biz Inc., including harassment or hate speech. 

  4. Poaching: Soliciting members for competing platforms or MLMs outside the SparkUpBiz ecosystem. 

  5. Violating any Terms & Conditions of any SparkUpBiz Inc program that participant is participating in. 

Trail Blazer Code of Conduct 

The "Gold Standard" for Community Leadership 

As a leader within the SparkUpBiz.com ecosystem, you are expected to foster a professional and supportive environment. 

  • Be the Catalyst: Share insights, ask thought-provoking questions, and highlight others' successes. Avoid "spammy" or low-effort content. 

  • Integrity of Profile: Your "About" section must accurately reflect your professional background. 

  • Professionalism: Maintain a high standard of decorum. Disparagement of the SparkUpBiz.com brand or its members is grounds for immediate removal.

FTC Compliance: Staying Legal and Transparent 

Federal law requires you to disclose your financial relationship with SparkUpBiz.com. This disclosure must be clear, conspicuous, and unavoidable.

Before hitting "Post," ensure you can check every box:
